SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED SINCE DOROTHY DROPPED IN…
In the beginning there was a feeling. Then, suddenly, it was all about friendship…and it’s all going to be wonderful.
It’s been a while, but I haven’t been silent, just quieter and on a different forum (but you never found me there) so back to beginning we go.
Remember I’m just a writer who loves to weave a fairytale that is not teaching you the wrong lessons, so sit back and sip your elixir and it will cure what ails you along with tonight’s fable. Change your life for the better or at least for this chapter…For good. What have you been wishing for? Well, for fast immediate results, I can guarantee that this will make your wildest dreams come true.
So, the wizard is a man of limited talent (the wizard is not to be confused with the master) who finds himself in a position of great power through no particular act of his own. The only way to hold power is to convince people that they ought to be afraid of something and, being myself (called ‘Little Miss Brave’) I’m not scared and nor should you be either.
Like all good villains, he does not think of himself as such but, instead, thinks of himself as beyond reproach. Fortunately, the rest of us acting from a standpoint, make ethical choices. The wizard, while he likes to seduce, is nothing more than a charlatan. Nothing more, nothing less. There is no physical manifestation of his personality. He pretends to make everyone happy but, if you do not go along with his plan, you could very well end up in jail (Trafalgar House is not that comfy). But, as for me, I’m a realist and I don’t care for charlatans. I prefer the City of Culture 2025 to the Emerald City.
Don’t become rattled and unsure of yourself. You’re not that shallow or self-assured. Don’t shake that cage, as this is where love starts.
My origins might be shrouded in mystery, but that’s what fairytales are and my path is always to have been wicked. Yes, upper uplands is lovely, but where I reside now is way more diabolical, even if I do propagandise. Well, that’s my forte. Everyone loves a storyteller of fantasy. It’s what sets me apart from the rest and I can absolutely say,
it’s good to be me isn’t it?
I’m the epitome of good and I do not struggle between good and bad as I know what goodness looks like.
This is a story of friendship and well maybe a bit of politics thrown into the mix. What I do know is that, if I meet you, then we will most certainly become friends FOR GOOD.
