When Travel Costs Apply:

- For bookings under 2 hours, travel time is charged at £40 per hour, rounded to the nearest hour.
- For bookings under 2 hours where travel time is less than 30 minutes, you only pay £10 flat fee for travel costs.

1. Longer Travel Time:
- Distance: 80 miles- Travel time:
1 hour 45 minutes -> rounded to 2 hours- Booking time: 1 hour- Travel cost: 2 x £40 = £80

2. Short Travel Time:
- Travel time: 28 minutes
- Booking time: 1 hour
- Travel cost: £10
