<b>Payment</b> is made in either cash on arrival or by bank transfer. Bank transfers must be made before arrival &amp; will incur an extra fee of &#163;3. Services will not be given, until your bank transfer is showing in my account.

<b>Cancellation policy</b>; I do not rebook with people who cancel under 24 hours, unless a deposit is received on the next booking attempt. All cancellations are recorded. Persistent cancellations will result in a permanent ban &amp; details will be passed to colleagues &amp; the authorities should I deem it&#39;s a form of targeted harassment.

<b>Therapy Room</b>
The room is set up ready on arrival. As you would expect. Floor mattress is an option for larger folks, (over 20+ stones). This must be requested when booking. It takes extra time to set up the space. <i>People who request that I change the room on arrival, will be asked to leave &amp; come back in 15 minutes. Time will be removed from the booked treatment, to compensate for blatant lack of communication.</i>
