<b> I will require your Full Name, The Name and Location you are staying in. How long you want and what it is you require. I WILL ALSO NEED A TIME AND DATE of the appointment. </b>

<b> CASH NEEDS TO BE PAID FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS WITHIN 5-10 MINUTES OF ARRIVAL AND BEFORE ANYTHING COMMENCES. </b>

<b> I would prefer the cash in an Envelope and to be placed in an Open Place, where it can be easily seen and accessed at the start of the meeting. </b>
